TOUR ITINEARY
Ranchi is the capital of Jharkhand. The place is
surrounded with number of fall. Extensive forests around Ranchi are composed
mainly of sal, gambhar, asan, kend, simul and mahua. Bears, sambar, chital,
nilgai and hares are found in the forests. Summer afternoons are hot but
evenings and nights are cool and enjoyable (maximum 40 degrees centigrade, min
16 degrees centigrade). It is cool/cold in winter (maximum 25 degrees
centigrade and minimum 0 degrees centigrade). Annual rainfall is 1530 mm.
In Ranchi there are number of tourist attraction
but in this itinerary I am choosing those places which are been discussed in my
blog.

For traveling the
above mentioned places of Ranchi you need hardly 5 days 5 nights
Itinerary
1st
day – arrival at Ranchi railway station. Transfer to hotel yuvraj palace . Take your breakfast and
have some rest after taking lunch visit main road specially known as firayalal
chowk . Visit main road kali temple, enjoy shopping at the oldest mall church
complex beside church complex visit Gel Church one the oldest church of Jharkhand.
You can also visit the ST Xaviers College and Church one of the
oldest and premier educational institute of India . Come back to hotel
room take your dinner and rest.
2nd day – wake
up at early morning take your breakfast and drive out to rock garden one of the
beautiful garden of Ranchi. Enjoy the rock cutting caves and enjoy the scenic
Beauty of kake dam
from the garden. On the way you can visit tagore hill, sidhu kanu park . Come
back to hotel take your lunch and visit dhurwa dam and jagannath pur mandir.
Come to hotel at night take your dinner & rest.
3rd day – Take your breakfast now it’s time to enjoy for
Jharkhand is famous its falls. Visit panghagh fall spend your whole day and
enjoy the natural beauty of the place.
4th day – Today
you can visit Rajrappa temple one of the important pilgrimage site of
Jharkhand. it is 90 km from ranchi. There you fill find a complex of temple as
well as a rarappa fall, take a boat ride. Here boat ride will rejuvenate you.
On the way of coming back to Ranchi you can visit the most beautiful fall of
India even British people used to called it as Niagra fall of India .
Once in a life people should visit this fall so that they can understand the
beauty of it come back to hotel have your dinner and rest.
5th day –
have a breakfast and dive out to the amusement park of Jharkhand. Fun castle
enjoy the ride , boating and many more come back to hotel have your dinner and
sleep well
6th day – Transfer to Ranchi
railway station for departure

ROCK GARDEN ............
Built near the Gonda Hill is Ranchi's famous Rock Garden. A fully man-made complex, it strives to balance the beauty of nature and man's own creative abilities.
The garden is believed to have been built out of the rocks from Gonda Hill itself, in a bid to replicate the Rock Garden of Jaipur. With faux waterfalls, rocks and sculptures artistically strewn about, the garden is a great place for a casual stroll with family or some quiet moments in solitude.
HOW TO REACH
It is near kake road 6 km away from ranchi main road . you can get easy auto and taxi for this place
MY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE
Our school CAMBRIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL is beside this magnificent place. Many time i visited this place with my classmates.
Even present also when ever i get chance to visit ranchi i try to experence the beauty of this place .....

JAGANNATH MANDIR ... GLORIOUS HISTORY OF RANCHI
Jagannath Temple in Ranchi was built by king of Barkagarh Jagannathpur Thakur Ani Nath Shahdeo, during 1691. Completed on Christmas 1691, it is located about 10 km from the main town. The temple is on top of a small hillock.
Similar to the famous Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha, this temple is built in the same architectural style, although smaller. And similar to the Rath Yatra in Puri, an annual fair cum rath yatra is held at this temple in the month ofAashaadha, attracting thousands of tribal and non-tribal devotees not only from Ranchi but also from neighbouring villages and towns and is celebrated with much pomp and vigor

Ask anyone in the city what their remedy for boredom is and they'll point you towards Fun Castle Ranchi, the city's only and most renowned Theme Park. A state-of-the-art amusement park here, it's a favorite with locals and tourists alike.

छिनमस्ता मंदिर झारखण्ड की सबसे प्राचीन मदिरो मे एक ......... RAJRAPPA TEMPLE.......
Chhinnamasta Temple dedicated to Goddess Chinnamasta is a hindu pilgrimage centre and located in Rajrappa, in Ramgarh district of Jharkhand. The place attracts devotees from all parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
The main attraction of the Chhinnamasta (also known as Chinnamastika) temple is the headless deity of Goddess Chinnamasta which stands on the body of Kamdeo and Rati in the lotus bed. The Chhinnamasta temple is popular for its Tantrik style of architectural design. Apart from the main temple, there are ten temples of various gods and goddesses such as the Surya (Sun God), Hanuman and Lord Shiva.
Etymology
Chhinnamasta ( Chinnamastā, "She whose head is severed"), often spelled Chinnamasta and also calledChhinnamastika and Prachanda Chandika, is one of the Mahavidyas, ten Tantric goddesses and a ferocious aspect of Devi, theHindu Divine Mother. Chhinnamasta can be easily identified by her fearsome iconography. The self-decapitated goddess holds her own severed head in one hand, a scimitar in another. Three jets of blood spurt out of her bleeding neck and are drunk by her severed head and two attendants. Chhinnamasta is usually depicted standing on a copulating couple
LOCATION
Chhinnamasta temple is located at Rajrappa, 28 km away from Ramgarh Cantonment along NH-23 in the Ramgarh district of the State of Jharkhand, India and 80 km from ranchi by nh 28. It is situated on a hillock at the confluence of the Damodar and Bhera (Bhairavi) Rivers near the Rajrappa falls.
This location has a special significance.It is at the union of Bhairavi nadi(female) coming from top, meeting Damodar nada (male) signifying vipareeta rati ( opposite coppulation) pose as described in Devi Chhinnamasta's dhyana (vipareeta rataturam). Here Bhairavi is active and Damodar is the male passive member of rati action. Damodar is very calm and Bhairavi is the active member.
MY EXPERIENCE
As a local person i feel myself very fortunate that i got an opportunity to visit this place several time in my life. Here you can experience a beautyful fall known as rajrappa fall which make this palce more adorable
