RANCHI TOUR ITINEARY

Ranchi is the capital of Jharkhand. The place is surrounded with number of fall. Extensive forests around Ranchi are composed mainly of sal, gambhar, asan, kend, simul and mahua. Bears, sambar, chital, nilgai and hares are found in the forests. Summer afternoons are hot but evenings and nights are cool and enjoyable (maximum 40 degrees centigrade, min 16 degrees centigrade). It is cool/cold in winter (maximum 25 degrees centigrade and minimum 0 degrees centigrade). Annual rainfall is 1530 mm.

In Ranchi there are number of tourist attraction but in this itinerary I am choosing those places which are been discussed in my blog.

The places are

3-  Dhurwa dam

4-  Jagannathpur mandir

5-  Funcastle

6-  Rock garden 

7-  Rajrappa mandir

CONNECTIVITY via RAILWAY

In Ranchi there are two railway stations

Hatia railway station

Ranchi railway station

People can reach Ranchi easily from different part of the country. There is a good railway network

CONNECTIVITY via FLIGHT

Ranchi is having its own airport known as Birsa Munda international Airport

 You can get flight facility for all metro cities of India

CONNECTIVITY via ROADWAYS

Khadgara bus station is the popular bus station

For traveling the above mentioned places of Ranchi you need hardly 5 days 5 nights

Itinerary

1^st day – arrival at Ranchi railway station. Transfer to hotel yuvraj palace  . Take your breakfast and have some rest after taking lunch visit main road specially known as firayalal chowk . Visit main road kali temple, enjoy shopping at the oldest mall church complex beside church complex visit Gel Church one the oldest church of Jharkhand. You can also visit the ST Xaviers College and Church  one of the  oldest and premier educational institute of India . Come back to hotel room take your dinner and rest.

2^nd day – wake up at early morning take your breakfast and drive out to rock garden one of the beautiful garden of Ranchi. Enjoy the rock cutting caves and enjoy the scenic

Beauty of kake dam from the garden. On the way you can visit tagore hill, sidhu kanu park . Come back to hotel take your lunch and visit dhurwa dam and jagannath pur mandir. Come to hotel at night take your dinner & rest.

 3^rd day – Take your breakfast now it’s time to enjoy for Jharkhand is famous its falls. Visit panghagh fall spend your whole day and enjoy the natural beauty of the place.

4^th day – Today you can visit Rajrappa temple one of the important pilgrimage site of Jharkhand. it is 90 km from ranchi. There you fill find a complex of temple as well as a rarappa fall, take a boat ride. Here boat ride will rejuvenate you. On the way of coming back to Ranchi you can visit the most beautiful fall of India even British people used to called it as Niagra fall of India . Once in a life people should visit this fall so that they can understand the beauty of it come back to hotel have your dinner and rest.

5^th day – have a breakfast and dive out to the amusement park of Jharkhand. Fun castle enjoy the ride , boating and many more come back to hotel have your dinner and sleep well

6^th day – Transfer to Ranchi railway station for departure
